Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Mostafa Madbouly met with several tourism investors to discuss plans to promote new projects in New Alamein City.

The investors declared their readiness to implement several projects in the city, including at least 18 new hotels in special locations.

The discussion also included the general plan for the city, the potential uses of lands offered, and incentives that the government will provide in the first phase of the city, which aims to be a touristic site.

Madbouly has also stated that the proposed general plan for New Alamein City provides an unprecedented model for touristic development, which could accommodate several purposes, such as tourism, agriculture, industrial, trade, and scientific research.
