The agreement is issued according to Bahraini laws aiming to protect buyers and stakeholders in development projects through the facilitation of funds raised solely for the project’s investments.
The sea-front project is located in Dilmunia Island and contains 282 homes, including one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments, townhouses, and sky villas designed by France’s Unanime Architectes. The project includes several amenities such as a gym, garden, a private cinema, running track, a playground, and swimming pools.
Dilmunia Island was developed by Ithmaar Development Company and is inspired by Bahrain’s ancient Garden of Eden. The company is known for developing residential, commercial, hospitality, and healthcare projects.
