Egyptian engineering services provider Development & Engineering Consultants is to raise its issued capital, Invest-Gate reports

The company will increase its issued capital to EGP 249.48 mn from EGP 226.8 mn, through distributing bonus shares on a 0.10-for-1 basis, according to a bourse statement.

The ex-dividend date is set on September 6, while bonus shares will be distributed on September 7.
