Dar Al-Mimar Architects (DMA) has signed a strategic partnership agreement with with CallisonRTKL, a global management company, to manage smart cities and undertake smart urban development, according to a press release.
This partnership aims to provide a new tool to reduce costs and time consumption in various projects, and a unique strategy for real estate companies and developers who work in several projects, such as residential, commercial, office buildings, healthcare, and several buildings for other uses.
This decision was announced during a conference titled “Urban Planning and the latest global design trends” on Thursday, which saw the attendance of over 50 in real estate developers, as well as ministerial representatives.
The conference discussed the recent designs for real estate in Egypt, global experience of both companies, regional implementation of engineering experience, and potential for developing existing local properties.
