The governorate of Beni Suef, in Upper Egypt, will be offering four land plots, ranging from 2,900 to 4,600 square meters,  for commercial use next February, according to Al Borsa

Housing Manager in Fayoum Governorate Mahmoud Abuallah stated that the price of land  for commercial use has reached EGP 8,500 per square meter, whereas those for public services has reached EGP 3,800 per square meter.

The governorate has postponed 850 residential units as part of the second phase of the social housing project for the project still hinders construction licence. Meanwhile, other tenders for the project will be offered to investors  to develop 22 acres of land next March.
