Hamptons International announced the launch of sales at its The Residences Jumeirah Dubai, Managed by The Address and The Address Residences Jumeirah Resort + Spa, according to a press release at the end of last month.

The two-tower development stretches over 290 metres high with 74 storeys each. While one tower will serve residential purposes, the other one will host a hotel with 183 rooms and suites as well as a number of fully serviced apartments.

Apartments range from 1 to 5 bedroom residences with sizes varying between 650 and 4,300 square feet. Hamptons International is the exclusive sales and marketing agent for the project.
