In a welcoming atmosphere, the leading real estate developer Misr Italia Properties has opened its doors to clients during IL BOSCO-New Capital’s sales launch event on Monday, October 30, Invest-Gate reports.

Delivering a world of lush greenery and high-end living, IL BOSCO-New Capital sales launch event has witnessed a huge flow of the clients who wanted to finalize their contracts.

Phase one of IL BOSCO-New Capital is completely sold out ever since the launching announcement, thanks to its distinguished location in the New Administrative Capital.

The world class project IL BOSCO-New Capital Compound, is offering its clients stand alone villas, twin house villas, and two different models of apartments.

Mohamed Hany El-Assal, co-CEO of Misr Italia Properties, tells Invest-Gate: “IL BOSCO-New Capital is entirely inspired by the Italian culture; the word IL BOSCO means “the forest” in Italian. The project is one of the biggest and the first of its kind in the newly inaugurated New Administrative City, the new capital of Cairo.”

The project, according to El-Assal, has five zones that span 200 acres in the heart of the New Capital on the main road of Mohamed bin Zayed. “We are the first in the New Capital offering such diversified luxurious residential units,” he adds.

The compound theme is inspired from Europe due to its iconic buildings that are surrounded by dense forests. Each zone will have its facilities, gym, retail, and clubhouse.

The first zone is the commercial zone, located beside the vertical forests zone and includes iconic buildings covered with trees, designed by an Italian architect. There is also a green slope between the commercial and the residential area.

“Immersed in the city fabric yet secluded within the parks that reflect a new urban ecology, this active and engaging community is designed for the entire family while providing a welcomed retreat from your busy life,”El-Assal describes the project.

He adds that there will be three gates to allow entrance to the commercial zones and ensure ultimate privacy for the residential area.

The compound will include the Meadows area, the Park area, the Valley area, and the Creek. Each zone characterized by flowers, and nature for people who enjoy peaceful walks and a serene atmosphere.

The meadows are full of different flowers, that would make you feel as if you entered a portrait of flowers; the park has tranquil views, while the Valley area has huge open areas for villas and apartments.

Misr Italia Properties is the developer behind residential projects such as La Nuova Vista, which comprises villas and townhouses in New Cairo, Cairo Business Park, which is set to become New Cairo’s main business hub, Kai Sokhna, in Ain Sokhna, and Kai Sahel in the North Coast.
