The New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) has approved the allocation of 23 plots for the establishment of various medical, commercial, and administrative projects in New Cairo, Invest-Gate reports.
This came during NUCA’s board meeting, when the extension of Cairo-based Magdy Yacoub Global Heart Foundation’s implementation period from three to ten years has been also passed, according to a ministerial statement.
On another note, Assistant Minister for Community Affairs of NUCA Waleed Abbas uncovered that the authority also allocated three lands in New Sohag for building two administrative and commercial developments, together with one logistic zone.
Additionally, NUCA agreed to allot more than ten parcels in New Tiba, New Beni Suef, New Damietta, Sadat City, and New Borg El Arab for implementing an array of service, industrial, administrative, medical, and educational ventures, Abbas further stated.
