The New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) will allocate 17,700 land plots dedicated for social housing projects through a lottery today in 10th of Ramadan City, Al Borsa reports.

The lottery will commence through several days and applicants are only permitted to attend by submitting the down-payment receipt for the lands provided in the Housing & Development Bank, according to Supervisor of the Commercial and Real Estate Sectors Tarek El Sebaey  at the New Urban Communities Authority, Al Bayan notes.

Applicants who were not able to receive a land “will receive refunds for their down payments on February 5,” he confirmed. Lottery results will be announced on NUCA’s official website, the 10th of Ramadan City Authority, and the Housing & Development Bank branch in the city. The plots were previously reserved on 18 September 2016.
