Saudi Arabia’s real estate developer ARTAR will bring their Mada Residences project to virtual reality for visitors attending Restatex, the Riyadh Real Estate and Urban Development Exhibition taking place April 23-26, Invest-Gate reports.

“Our involvement in Restatex is important for ARTAR as it provides us with an opportunity not only to showcase our first UAE venture and bring Mada Residences to investors here in the Kingdom, but also to show that we are listening to the changing demands of real estate buyers and end users,” says ARTAR’s Chief Executive Officer Sulaiman Abdulrahman Al Rashid.

Located within a walking distance from The Dubai Mall, Mada Residences is a 36-storey high rise tower offering 193 larger-than-average one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom luxury apartments.
