Kuwaiti design firm SSH collaborates with Emirati developer Eagle Hills to design its latest Marassi Boulevard development, Invest-Gate reports.
According to an SHH statement. the project consists of four low-rise residential buildings, seven to 10 storeys high each. It encompasses over 240 units, ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments, as well as 700 square meters of community retail.
“No detail has been overlooked by SSH, our architects involved in the creation of Marassi Boulevard’s design. We wanted residents to experience metropolitan living suiting a range of tastes, budgets and requirements, whilst retaining a sense of shared community,” Eagle Hills Bahrain’s General Manager Daniel Hammond said.
“All visitors will find something to love at the boulevard due to its perfect balance between beautiful landscaping and retail offering – the major themes of Marassi Al Bahrain as a whole,” he added.
