One of Egypt’s best-known construction and property groups, Hassan Allam Holding serves customers throughout the region, in markets such as Saudi Arabia and Algeria. The company was founded by Hassan Mohamed Allam in the 1930s as a construction business in the household market. Hassan Allam has specialized in various projects, such as power stations, industrial plants, infrastructure, museums, hospitals, residential, and commercial properties. The company also has business lines that include steel plants, a pipe factory, and a concrete products production plant.
Located in the Kattemya area of New Cairo, Swan Lake is a residential project developed by Hassan Allam that includes 182 Spanish villas, while 82% of the area is made up of green spaces with natural water features. The villas were designed to be spacious, and to provide privacy and beauty.
The compound was built on a total area of 433,014 square meters, and is close to Maadi, Nasr City, and Heliopolis.
The project was developed in collaboration with Wimberly Allison Tong & Goo, one of the world’s top leisure designers, and Belt Collins, an international environmental and landscaping design firm.
Project includes Swan Lake sports club.
