Tarek El Sebai, Deputy Chairman of New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) for Real Estate and Commercial Affairs, revealed that the authority will qualify young investors and contractors to participate in building middle-housing units on 400 plots, Invest-Gate reports.

The units will be located in various new cities such as 15th of May, New Borg El Arab, New Cairo, and New Sohag, El Sebai added.

The plots’ areas vary from 595.4 to 1,481 square meters and will be used for residential purposes only, he confirmed.

Serious applicants should pay an insurance worth EGP 250,000 to be eligible to apply, El Sebai noted.
