Mountain View for Development and Real Estate Investment announced the signing of employment contracts with 85% of the first graduating class of Mountain View International Applied Technology School, Invest-Gate reports.

This milestone reflects the company’s commitment to empowering youth by creating direct employment opportunities, linking technical education with labor market needs, and investing in human capital to support long-term economic and social development.

The announcement marks the transition of the school’s first cohort from education and practical training into their professional careers, reflecting Mountain View’s vision of developing qualified talent equipped with the skills required by the evolving labor market.

The event was attended by Major General Abou Bakr El Gendy, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Mountain View Foundation; Eng. Ahmed El Morsy, Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Mountain View Foundation; and Amr Helmy, Executive General Manager of Property Management and Clubs and Managing Director of MVPM, alongside all members of the Board of Trustees of Mountain View Foundation.

85% of Graduates Join Mountain View’s Workforce

By integrating graduates into facilities management roles across its projects, Mountain View reinforces its belief that investing in people is a cornerstone of sustainable growth while ensuring the continued delivery of high-quality operations across its communities.

This reflects the company’s broader role as an integrated ecosystem that creates sustainable value beyond real estate development.

A Specialized School Bridging Technical Education and Employment
The school, established by Mountain View Foundation in partnership with the Ministry of Education and Technical Education, is preparing to graduate its first class in 2026.

It is the first school of its kind in Egypt specializing in Facilities Management and Landscape Technology, combining three years of academic education with hands-on training across Mountain View projects in line with Egypt Vision 2030.

The model prepares skilled professionals capable of meeting the needs of local and regional labor markets while expanding employment opportunities for young people.

This milestone further validates the school’s success as a practical model for aligning technical education with labor market demands while reinforcing Mountain View’s commitment to developing national talent, empowering youth, and contributing to Egypt’s sustainable development through long-term investment in people.
