The visit also coincides with the COSIMENA program of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), organized by the DAAD Regional Office in Cairo in cooperation with Technische Universität Berlin and Ain Shams University, with the objective of promoting knowledge exchange and showcasing best practices in sustainable urban development.
