Zayard Memora is built around a unique philosophy inspired by the word “memory,” aiming to create unforgettable living experiences and lasting memories for its limited number of residents. It includes three-bedroom townhouses with a built-up area of 240 square meters and standalone three-bedroom villas with a built-up area of 245 square meters.
