Arabia Developments Obtains License to Launch Fractional Ownership Real Estate Investment Solutions and Prepares to Offer Its First Assets Through a Digital Platform

Arabia Developments announced that it has obtained the License required to launch real estate investment services based on the Fractional Ownership system and is preparing to offer its first group of real estate assets through its digital platform. This step expands real estate investment opportunities to a wider segment of investors, in line with the regulatory framework approved by the Financial Regulatory Authority for digital real estate investment and fractional ownership models. This will be carried out through the establishment of CoWealth Fund Company and CoWealth for Promotion, Subscription Management, and Real Estate Investment Funds, Invest-Gate reports.

Investment Model and Digital Platform

This model allows investors to own shares in premium real estate assets without the need to purchase a full property unit, helping reduce the minimum investment threshold, diversify investment portfolios, and provide more flexible and transparent investment opportunities while complying with regulatory requirements, governance standards, and disclosure rules.

In this context, Arabia Developments is developing an integrated digital platform that enables investors to manage their investments and monitor asset performance with ease and transparency, while generating operational investment returns for investors. This enhances the investor experience and provides higher levels of transparency and efficiency throughout the investment cycle. The company is also preparing to announce the first group of real estate assets that will be offered through the platform under the fractional ownership system, allowing investors to invest in a number of Arabia Developments’ projects that have strong investment potential and promising opportunities for returns.

Company Statement

Engineer Amr Diab, Vice Chairman of Arabia Developments and Managing Director of CoWealth, said: “Obtaining the License required to launch fractional ownership real estate investment solutions marks an important milestone in Arabia Developments’ journey and reflects our commitment to developing innovative investment models that keep pace with market developments and meet investors’ needs.”

He added: “We believe that the future of real estate investment will not depend only on developing projects, but also on developing investment mechanisms, in a way that expands the investor base and enhances market efficiency. From this perspective, we seek to provide an easier and more flexible investment experience that offers access to high-quality real estate assets and contributes to creating more diverse and sustainable investment opportunities.”
