Housing Minister Meets HDP Officials to Review New Cities’ Project Sales, Marketing and Investment Opportunities

Eng. Randa El Menshawy, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, met with officials from Housing and Development Properties (HDP), as part of the periodic follow-up on the sales and marketing performance of projects affiliated with the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), and discussions on the latest marketing plans and investment opportunities. The meeting was attended by Dr. Walid Abbas, Deputy Minister of Housing for New Urban Communities, along with a number of ministry and company officials, Invest-Gate reports.

Developing Urban Project Marketing and Maximizing Returns on State-Owned Assets

Eng. Randa El Menshawy affirmed that the ministry is working to develop the urban project marketing system in line with a vision aimed at maximizing returns on state-owned assets and promoting new cities as integrated communities that provide housing, employment, and investment opportunities, thereby enhancing their ability to attract various segments of investors and citizens.

The Minister of Housing added that expanding cooperation with the private sector is one of the key pillars of the ministry’s strategy, through leveraging marketing and investment expertise, increasing occupancy rates, and ensuring the optimal utilization of state-developed projects, which will positively contribute to economic and urban development rates.

Reviewing Sales and Marketing of Projects in Sheikh Zayed, New Alamein and the New Capital

During the meeting, the sales and marketing performance of several projects was reviewed, including the “West View” project in Sheikh Zayed City, in addition to following up on the marketing of a number of projects in New Alamein City and the New Capital. The meeting also discussed mechanisms to boost sales and marketing rates and maximize the investment returns of projects, supporting the ministry’s plans to develop new cities and enhance their attractiveness for investment and housing.

Integrated Advertising Campaign for a Project Targeted in New Alamein

Company officials also presented the proposed concept for launching an integrated advertising campaign for one of the projects planned to be developed in New Alamein City. The campaign focuses on highlighting the project’s investment and urban potential, as well as the city’s rapidly accelerating growth, in order to reach the largest possible segment of customers inside and outside Egypt, thereby contributing to enhancing the project’s investment appeal.
