Misr Italia Properties organized a press tour at its flagship project, Solare Ras El Hekma, located at Km 199 on the North Coast, led by Eng. Mohamed Khaled El Assal and Mr. Karim El Assal, CEOs and Managing Directors of the company, alongside senior executives and project partners, Invest-Gate reports.
Designed to showcase the latest construction updates and offer a first-hand look at execution on the ground, the tour welcomed media representatives as well as key planning, design, and construction partners. Notable attendees included Ms. Yang Li, Executive Director at EDSA; Dr. Mohamed Abdel Ghany, Chairman and CEO of ECB; Eng. Karen Fadel, Managing Partner of The Design Avenue; Eng. Shadi El Ghoneimi, Managing Partner and Head of Design at EL GHONEIMI International; and Mr. Abdulrahman Ismail, CEO and Managing Director of Arabtec.
Unveiling Amare Seafront Villas as Construction Gains Momentum
The event coincided with the official launch of Amare Seafront Villas, Solare’s most exclusive coastal enclave, which spans over 25% of the total destination.
Designed around a terraced concept that balances sweeping sea views with ultimate privacy, Amare sits just 200 meters from the shoreline across 120 acres at Solare’s front line.
The neighborhood features standalone villas and beachfront cabanas stepped across 7 elevated tiers and 9 rows, rising up to 25 meters above sea level, guaranteeing panoramic ocean vistas for every residence.
The tour included a walkthrough of the Amare zone to review construction progress on the seafront villas, along with visits to the fully built mock-up villa and cabana, giving attendees a tangible preview of the final product and its craftsmanship.
Beyond its prime location and design, Amare stands out for its comprehensive lifestyle mix, offering single-story villas tailored for those seeking refined tranquility right on the water.
The experience is further elevated by an integrated hospitality component, featuring branded beachfront cabanas and an Autograph Collection hotel, reflecting a cohesive vision that merges luxury living, hospitality, and long-term value.
Rather than being a mere master-plan extension, Amare’s launch marks an advanced operational milestone. Heavy construction was already well underway before the announcement, reinforcing the developer’s track record and backing its two-year delivery timeline with real structural progress rather than future promises.
During the visit, Misr Italia Properties shared key development metrics across Solare:
- 90% of concrete works completed for cabanas.
- 80% of concrete works completed for villas.
- 70% of land leveling finished across the site.
Concurrently, construction continues on previously launched and sold-out phases, notably Lumera and Cielo. The company awarded a EGP 590 million contract to Al Safa Contracting for the concrete and structural works of Lumera (comprising 32 buildings and 335 units).
Additionally, a joint venture between ARABTEC and Al Ammar was awarded a EGP 261 million contract to execute the superstructure, facade finishes for Cielo, and the main entry gate of Solare. Together, these two phases encompass 590 units (510 in Lumera and 80 in Cielo).
El Assal: On-the-Ground Execution and Global Partnerships Drive Solare’s Vision
Speaking during the tour, Eng. Mohamed Khaled El Assal, CEO and Managing Director of Misr Italia Properties, stated:
”The North Coast, particularly Ras El Hekma, is undergoing unprecedented transformation. We take immense pride in playing a pivotal role in this evolution through Solare.
For us, success isn’t measured solely by capital investment, but by our ability to curate a fully integrated destination that adds lasting value and supports year-round living.
The launch of Amare represents a major milestone, particularly because it launches as a tangible reality on the ground. We prioritized ramping up construction, completing site grading, establishing seven elevated terraces, and pouring concrete structures for Amare’s 420 villas and 270 cabanas, while brickwork continues seamlessly toward our two-year delivery target. Credibility is built through action, uncompromised quality, and honoring our delivery commitments.”
Mr. Karim El Assal, CEO and Managing Director of Misr Italia Properties, added:
”Amare is more than just a new phase within Solare; it embodies our broader vision for a world-class coastal destination that blends architecture, hospitality, and curated experiences. From day one, our goal was to build a thriving community that transcends the traditional summer getaway by offering privacy, amenities, and year-round activity.
Integrating premium residential options with international hospitality standards, most notably through the Autograph Collection hotel and serviced cabanas by Marriott International, elevates the overall living experience.
This partnership also aligns with Misr Italia’s strategy to scale its hospitality footprint and deliver lifestyle destinations anchored in global standards.”
Spanning 400 acres at Km 199 in Ras El Hekma, Solare features a 3-kilometer waterfront, a 1-kilometer sandy beach with a 200-meter depth, and a master plan built across 7 natural terraces reaching heights of up to 36 meters above sea level. The development includes 100,000 square meters of swimmable lagoons, with 80% of units offering direct water views.
Solare caters to diverse preferences by featuring 16 distinct lifestyle zones.
This media visit reinforces Misr Italia Properties’ execution-first philosophy, keeping partners, media, and buyers fully informed through transparency, accelerated site progress, and strong collaborations with premier local and international experts to support the broader development of Ras El Hekma.
