Eng. Randa El-Menshawy, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, met with Dr. Mohamed Zaazaa, Chief Executive Officer of GTO Global, to discuss potential areas of cooperation in marketing and promoting real estate and development projects. She also highlighted the importance of partnering with institutions and companies with international marketing expertise to access new markets and reach targeted segments of investors and customers.

The meeting included a review of several available projects and investment opportunities, as well as discussions on mechanisms for cooperation in developing and implementing marketing strategies that leverage modern tools and international marketing channels. These efforts would highlight the competitive advantages of Egyptian projects and the urban, tourism, and service offerings of new cities, particularly New Alamein City and the New Capital, while showcasing opportunities available to investors and prospective property buyers.
For his part, Dr. Mohamed Zaazaa expressed his interest in strengthening cooperation with the Ministry of Housing, reaffirming GTO Global’s commitment to promoting Egyptian projects and supporting marketing efforts aimed at reaching new markets and customers, thereby enhancing investment opportunities in Egypt’s real estate and tourism sectors.
