Saudi Egyptian Developers has entered into a strategic partnership with Audio Technology and Schneider Electric to implement a range of specialized works and technology solutions at its Central project in New Cairo, Invest-Gate reports.
The partnership builds on the company’s recently established strategic collaboration with Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC) to deliver the project by leveraging leading specialized expertise and applying the highest technical and operational standards, in line with the company’s vision to create an integrated destination combining business, retail, and entertainment.
The signing ceremony was attended by Eng. Mohamed El-Taher, CEO of Saudi Egyptian Developers; Eng. Emad Adly, President of Audio Technology; and Eng. Ramy Moustafa,Vice President of Buildings and Transactional Business at Schneider Electric Northeast Africa and Levant.
The ceremony was also attended by Mr. Mohamed Tarek, Regional Managing Director for North Africa at Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC), as one of the project’s key partners.
Integrated Partnership to Build a Smart Technology Infrastructure
Under the partnership, Audio Technology will serve as the project’s main systems integrator, drawing on its extensive experience in designing audiovisual systems and managing security solutions. The company’s scope of work will cover a wide range of systems, including surveillance cameras, access control, fire alarm systems, parking management, wayfinding and billing systems, digital signage, telephony systems, public address systems, the command and control center, as well as network infrastructure and its components.
Schneider Electric, meanwhile, will provide the Building Management System (BMS) and AVEVA System Platform through its network of systems integrators.
The roles of Audio Technology and Schneider Electric complement the project’s other strategic partnerships, including CCC, which serves as the main contractor for Central and oversees the implementation of the project’s smart systems and solutions.
Together, these partnerships form an integrated technology infrastructure designed to establish a smart operating environment capable of efficiently managing and monitoring various systems.
This integrated approach is expected to enhance operational performance, optimize resource utilization, improve security, and facilitate movement and accessibility, in line with Central’s vision of leveraging technology to elevate service standards and provide residents and visitors with a more seamless, comfortable, and efficient experience.
