Housing and Development Properties (HDP) has announced a partnership with CRC Dorra to undertake the construction works of Club Hills Residence on the 6th of October in the city under a construction contract valued at EGP 4 bn. The agreement was signed in the presence of Eng. Amgad Hassanein, Vice Chairman of HDP, and Eng. Mohamed Dorra, Vice Chairman of Dorra Group’s Engineering for Construction and Development Company. The move marks a key step in advancing construction works and reflects HDP’s commitment to accelerating project development in line with its targeted delivery schedule, Invest-Gate reports.
Club Hills Spans 30 Feddans with Direct Al Jazira Club Views
Club Hills Residence spans 30 feddans in 6th of October City and benefits from a strategic location with direct views of Al Jazira Sporting Club, as part of the partnership between HDP and the club. The project offers an upscale residential community featuring a range of units, including premium apartments and townhouses, supported by carefully planned designs aimed at providing a high-quality living experience.
HDP is continuing its plans to develop premium residential communities in strategic locations, leveraging the expertise of specialised construction companies to ensure quality and meet project targets. The company plans to begin delivering Club Hills units in 2028, with the final phase scheduled for March 2029, while accelerating construction to complete works ahead of the targeted deadlines.
