AJAD Developments, a Saudi-Egyptian real estate developer, has announced a partnership with Telecom Egypt’s WE to develop the technology and telecommunications infrastructure at its Elaia project. Invest-Gate reports.

The partnership aligns with AJAD Developments’ strategy to deliver Elaia, located along Suez Road in East Cairo’s New Heliopolis, with advanced telecommunications infrastructure that meets residents’ evolving needs and enhances service quality across the development.
Under the agreement, the two companies will develop advanced telecommunications infrastructure powered by fiber-optic networks, providing fast and reliable connectivity while creating a future-ready digital infrastructure capable of supporting the continued expansion of telecommunications services.

The system will also include Triple Play services, combining high-speed internet, landline telephone services, and IPTV digital television, providing residents with an integrated range of telecommunications and entertainment services.

Elaia’s Integrated Community

Elaia is located along Suez Road in East Cairo’s New Heliopolis, spanning over approximately 85 feddans, with around 84% of the project’s total area allocated to open spaces, in addition to a comprehensive range of services and amenities.
