JANNA luxury housing project, launched by the Housing Ministry, will offer units in premium locations in Sheikh Zayed, 6th of October City, Obour City, El Shorouk City, New Damietta, and New Minya, Invest-Gate reports.

Allocation of units will be on a first-come, first-served basis through the Housing & Development Bank’s (HDB) online website, https://www.hdb-reservation.com, Deputy Minister of Housing for National Projects Khaled Abbas said in an official statement on October 5.

JANNA project will encompass fully-finished units, with areas varying between 100 and 150 square meters while featuring a swimming pool, a social club, in addition to a services area, Adel El Naggar, head of New Cairo City Authority, earlier revealed in a statement.

Applicants will be required to pay a down payment of EGP 100,000 with flexible payment plans, Abbas highlighted, adding that all the details on the reservation method, exact locations, and units’ models and prices will be available on the website starting from October 14.

Tarek EL Sebai, Vice President of the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), confirmed in a previously released statement that 10% of the unit’s price must be paid in the first six months from reservation date, with the remaining value to be paid in installments.

He has also underlined that owners of any units at other NUCA’s projects are not allowed to reserve in JANNA.

NUCA has announced earlier that it will soon offer over 7,000 residential units in JANNA luxury housing project in the six new cities.
