IPS Egypt to Take Place from January 10 to 13

Strategic Marketing and Exhibitions Company and MREC Integrated Real Estate Services are set to organize International Property Show (IPS) Egypt, the Middle East’s biggest property show platform for local and international real estate markets, in Cairo from January 10 to 13, under the auspices of Prime Minister and Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Development Mostafa Madbouly, Invest-Gate reports.

IPS is being organized with the participation of more than 30 real estate developers from Arab and European countries, namely Dubai Land Department (DLD) and Wafi program, also known as off-plan sales and rent program launched by the Saudi government, Walid Farghal, general director of Strategic Marketing and Exhibitions Company said in a press release.

Farghal also noted that top Arab and European institutions and companies are keen to participate in the event and hold partnerships and investment deals with major Egyptian companies to implement projects in the country.

More Egyptian-Arab partnerships are expected to take place on the sidelines of IPS Egypt, he added, pointing out that Arab investors always prefer to ink agreements with some local investors that have a considerable experience with Egypt’s market needs.

For his part, Chairman of MREC Integrated Real Estate Services Mahmoud Abdel Halim said that companies participating in IPS were selected carefully based on their experience and strong business in the Egyptian market.

Around EGP 14 mn has been allocated for the IPS advertising, including advertisements in state-owned newspapers, magazines, and outdoors, along with online messages, SMS messages, television and radio broadcasts, and social media posts.

“After ending the IPS Egypt, it is scheduled to launch other editions of the IPS in Saudi Arabia, specifically in Jeddah, Riyadh, and Dammam. Besides, the company will launch IPS Jeddah on January 17, with the participation of Egyptian companies for the first time after years of absence in Saudi Arabia, which is important to Egyptian real estate industry,” Farghal elaborated.
