Madbouly Visits 1st Batch of Villas in New Garden City

Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, Moustafa Madbouly visited the first batch of finished villas in the New Administrative Capital’s (NAC’s) R5 residential district named New Garden City, Invest-Gate reports.

The new district covers an area of 1,000 acres, Madbouly said on January 14, adding that the district is set to comprise 23,000 residential units, including apartments, villas, townhouses, and twin houses.

The district’s French-inspired architecture aims to resemble that of downtown Cairo’s Garden City area, he noted, pointing out that a wide range of facilities will be provided, including medical, educational, religious, sports, and commercial services.

The prime minister further clarified that the district will include residential towers with a mixed-use scheme.

During his visit, Madbouly praised efforts exerted by workers to finalize the NAC’s projects as scheduled.
