The New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) has assigned Giza General-Contracting and Real Estate Investment Company to implement 23 buildings, comprising 552 residential units, within the third phase of the state’s social housing project behind the airport’s land, west Cairo, Invest-Gate reports.
To be implemented at a total value of EGP 139.1 mn, the units will be fully finished, with areas ranging at 90 square meters per unit, the company said in a bourse filing on February 7.
By the end of last January, the company was assigned with the implementation of 14 buildings or 336 residential units within the third phase of the social housing project behind (Ebni Betak 7), with total investments of EGP 84.67 mn.
