Elsewedy Electric, the integrated energy solution provider in the Middle East and Africa, announced that its subsidiary Elsewedy Electric for Trading & Distribution has signed a new contract to build the industrial district substation of East Port Said in Egypt, Invest-Gate reports.
The turnkey agreement is on an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) basis, with a total value of EGP 550 mn, according to a press release on April 11.
The project will be implemented over a ten-month period commencing from the date of the land delivery or the receival of the advance payment, whichever is later.
