UAE-based Vincitore Realty has launched Dubai’s first wellness and branded realty project, Vincitore Benessere, at an investment value of USD 102 mn, Invest-Gate reports.
With a built-up area of 480,000 square feet, Vincitore Benessere comprises 380 branded residences, ranging from studios to three-bedroom luxury apartments, while providing top-notch and aristocratic facilities, according to the developer’s statement on May 3.
Located in Arjan, the project offers fascinating views of the floral display at Dubai Miracle Garden, while featuring 100,000 square feet of luxurious world-class amenities and 38,000 square feet of high street boulevard retail to serve the community and the surrounding area.
Commenting on the company’s new development, Vincitore’s Chairman Vijay Doshi said, “Real estate is not limited to four walls and a roof. It means a lot more as most buyers put their life savings into a property that they want to live in and call it home.”
“We are mindful of that and we are putting all our efforts to make the homes worth living in, breathing in and make them an enjoyable and happy experience every day,” Doshi added.
“Benessere” is an Italian term for wellbeing in terms of health, comfort, and happiness, with the outstanding project promoting wellness as the main concept of the design and development, while coming in line with the Happiness Vision of the UAE government that aims for a better life for the country’s citizens and residents.
With this new project scheduled to be fully delivered in 2021, Vincitore Realty’s real estate investment portfolio’s value soars to USD 200 mn.
Veer Doshi, the developer’s executive director, noted, “I am happy to announce that we have already received strong buyers’ interest and hope to close the sale of 35% of the homes in Vincitore Benessere in the coming weeks.”
