Egyptian real estate company, Heliopolis for Housing and Development, posts a 256% profit rise by the end of July 2017 compared to the same period of 2016, Invest-Gate reports.

Profits after taxes reached EGP 64 mn by the end of July 2017, compared to EGP 18 mn in the prior-year period.

Activity revenues stood at EGP 119 mn by the end of July 2017, compared to EGP 76 mn by the end of July 2016.

The company generated EGP 126 mn from its residential sales by the end of July 2017.
