Dubai-based developer Emaar Properties is launching new project in the heart of the 11-mn-square-meter green oasis Dubai Hills Estate, Invest-Gate reports.

With a gross leasable area (GLA) of over 2 mn square feet, Dubai Hills Mall is scheduled to open late-2019.

The mall will comprise more than 750 outlets, including a range of fashion retail, food, and beverage choices with a wide array of restaurants and cafes.

The project will also have four major family entertainment and leisure centers including a cineplex, a 65,000-square-feet hypermarket, seven anchor retail experience stores, and dedicated parking spaces for over 7,000 vehicles.
