Gov’t to Deliver 288 Dar Misr Units in October Gardens Mid-July

Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Assem El Gazzar announced that 288 housing units, within 12 buildings, at the first phase of Dar Misr middle-income project in October Gardens, west Cairo, will be delivered to recipients starting July 18, Invest-Gate reports.

Ashraf Fathy Mahmoud, head of Development Authority of October Gardens, confirmed that coordination with the new city’s Housing and Development Bank (HDB) was done to complete the procedures for handing over the units to beneficiaries during the set period, according to a recent official statement on June 27. 

Winners will head to HDB’s branch in October Gardens to pay all financial dues and obtain the required financial statements, then head to the city’s authority to register their data and submit all required documents.

Situated at about 38 kilometers from Downtown Cairo, October Gardens is a new integrated city, representing the natural expansion of 6th of October City. It hosts different national projects such as Dar Misr, Ebny Beitak (Build Your House), along with several other developments that offer middle and upper-middle housing.
