Oman Investment Fund’s Alila Salalah Company is set to develop a new luxury beachfront resort, dubbed “Alila Hinu Bay,” in Dhofar Governorate, Oman, by the first quarter of 2020, Trade Arabia reports.

Located 87 kilometers from Salalah International Airport, the ongoing coastal project marks a new expansion of the Asian hospitality giant Alila Hotels and Resorts’ investments in the sultanate, the Bahrain-based news agency stated on July 27.

Alila Hinu Bay will feature 112 hotel units of various types, in addition to top-notch tourism facilities designed to satisfy the needs of tourists of Oman’s southwest coast, it added.

Furthermore, the resort is slated to boast a five-star hotel, a variety of luxury and fully-fledged villas, as well as, an array of recreational facilities, including restaurants, swimming pools, a heritage village, and a handicraft market, to ensure a fun-filled experience for residents and guests.
