Bahrain’s urban developer Diyar Al Muharraq completes the secondary infrastructure works for its new residential project, Invest-Gate reports.

Built at a total cost of USD 11.74 mn, Sarat project is getting closer to being fully functional.

Landowners who built villas can move at any time, pending the energisation of the electrical network, which is expected to be completed in August.

The project comprise 173 units, with sizes ranging from 500 to 1,000 square meters.

Sarat District offers landowners an opportunity to build their own homes and integrate it within a residential community within Diyar Al Muharraq master-planned city.
