UAE-based property developer, Select Group appoints contractor ALEC for the main works of its flagship waterfront development in Dubai Marina, Invest-Gate reports.

The group awarded contract valued at AED 600 mn to ALEC for Jumeirah Living Marina Gate.

Launched in the first quarter of 2017, the project will include 104 serviced apartments, 389 private residences, and 15 villas.

In January 2016, Select signed an agreement with Jumeirah Group to manage this development under its Jumeirah Living brand.

Enabling works have been completed, and the development is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2019.

Prices for the new project range from AED1.5 mn to over AED 16 mn, with a payment plan of 70% upon completion.
