Bahrain-based developer Eagle Hills Diyar recently celebrated a significant milestone, with the completion of the superstructure works for Vida Marassi Al Bahrain two months ahead of schedule, Invest-Gate reports.

The announcement was celebrated during a ceremony held at the rooftop of Vida, in the presence of officials and executives from Eagle Hills Diyar, and the project’s main joint venture contractor Cebarco-Shapoorji Pallonji, according to a press release on September 16.

Eagle Hills Diyar Managing Director Maher Al Shaer stated, “Vida Marassi Al Bahrain is a significant landmark and is a testament to Eagle Hills Diyar’s capabilities to provide a unique lifestyle through a cohesive mix of projects including hotels, serviced apartments, and residences.”

On his part, executive management from the main joint venture contractor, Cebarco-Shapoorji Pallonji, thanked Eagle Hills Diyar for the tremendous support extended, which has been key to accomplishing this milestone and is honored to be associated with a project of such exceptional design, while giving this major development shape as its contractor.

Vida Marassi Al Bahrain comes after the successful completion of Marassi Residences, developed by Eagle Hills Diyar along with Cebarco-Shapoorji Pallonji. The latter project has been handed over earlier this year, while Marassi Shores Residences will be delivered as of September 2019.

Additionally, the Bahraini company said that Marassi Boulevard is also on track for completion in Q1 2020.
