JLL, the world’s leading real estate investment advisory firm, is to provide leasing and consultancy services at its latest endeavor, THREE SIXTY – Business & Leisure Park, Invest-Gate reports.
During a ceremony held at Landmark Sabbour’s headquarters, in the attendance of Al Ahly for Real Estate Development CEO Ahmed Sabbour, JLL has been named the consultancy and leasing provider for its THREE SIXTY – Business & Leisure Park by Landmark Sabbour, according to the press release on October 7.
It is a mixed-use development, with a built-up area of 85,000 square meters, spreading over 55,000 square meters of land. THREE SIXTY – Business & Leisure Park offers retail, offices, and medical spaces, as well as, branded serviced apartments, the statement noted.
Located 42 kilometers away from Central Cairo, the project is strategically located on the main road, Mohamed Bin Zayed, leading to the Ring Road and the New Administrative Capital’s (NAC) governmental hub. At the heart of its Golden Square – surrounded by top-tier residential compounds, THREE SIXTY – Business & Leisure Park will see a total of EGP 2 bn investments and is slated for delivery by Q4 2022.
Landmark Sabbour’s partnership with JLL will enable the latter to employ its award-winning expertise to provide the complex with premium-quality consultancy services, including on the tenant mix. JLL will also stand as the complex’s leasing consultant, while being responsible for implementation and contract management.
