Exclusive: ARDIC Expects Sales of EGP4.5 bn in Zizinia El Mostakbal Project

Egyptian real estate developer ARDIC expects sales of EGP 4.5 bn in the Zizinia El Mostakbal residential project, Invest-Gate reports.

ARDIC CEO Ashraf Dowidar tells Invest-Gate in an exclusive interview during the Al Ahram Real Estate Exhibition (AQARI) that the total investment cost pumped in all residential units of the Zizinia El Mostakbal project is estimated at EGP 2.5 bn.

The company will pump around EGP 450-500 bn of investments in the project during FY2017-18, Dowidar adds.

Meanwhile, the real estate developer unveils its new project, The Curve, which overlooks a shopping mall in Zizinia El Mostakbal. The project is located near the New Administrative City as an extension to New Cairo.

Dowidar adds that construction works in The Curve started last November, and it has many phases with different features. “The project includes residential units with areas ranging between 280 and 300 meters.”

“Zizinia El Mostakbal’s units will be fully constructed by 2020 while 45% of the project’s units have already been sold,” Dowidar adds.
