Egyptian real estate company Heliopolis Co. for Housing and Development announces on July 20 its future plans, Invest-Gate reports.
The company is coordinating with major real estate developers to carry out an integrated urban development project in the New Administrative Capital, according to a bourse statement.
Heliopolis Housing plans to generate activity revenues worth EGP 962.2 mn and surplus profits of EGP 372 mn during FY2017-2018.
