Palm Hills Alexandria’s Phase II has been launched during an exclusive event on December 3, following the success of the first phase, which was released in late 2018, Invest-Gate reports.
The latest phase provides two product offerings, namely “Palm Residence” and “Tessera,” for new members of “the rapidly growing community.” It was presented during a launch event that saw the attendance of the company’s Chairman and CEO Yasseen Mansour and several distinguished dignitaries from Alexandria, Palm Hills Developments (PHD) announced in a recent press release.
Palm Residence comprises one-to-three bedroom units ranging in areas from 66 to 235 square meters. Additionally, Tessera, which originates from the Greek prefix “four,” is designed and constructed into four separate residences within one villa to host a sense of privacy while maintaining an overall feeling of unity, the statement added.
Residents will relish many facilities and activity-filled features such as jogging and cycling tracks, barbecue and picnic areas, kids’ areas, multi-purpose courts, a nursery, a gym, and various restaurants. Palm Hills Alexandria’s phase I and II are slated for delivery in December 2023 and 2024, respectively, the developer noted.
Furthermore, PHD introduced a new commercial common space, dubbed “The Green Spine,” which represents a long green area stretching across the project, incorporating the best features of a park and sports club combined.
While being tucked away from downtown Alexandria, both the desert and agricultural roads are directly accessible from any gate of the project with the Mediterranean Sea only a ten-minute drive away. Nestled directly on Sahely Road, the development is strategically developed in close proximity to key attractions and places, including Sporting Club, Smouha District, among others.
Mansour commented, “Alexandria is the place where I grew up, it is where I have had my most cherished childhood memories. My lifelong dream has been to create a better quality of life in Alexandria, for the people of Alexandria. Today, my only hope is that the image I have envisioned my entire life becomes the perfect reality for generations to come.”
