Egypt’s property investment company Rofaida Real Estate launches the first phase of Row Marina Resort project in North Coast, Invest-Gate reports.
Ramy Abdel Aziz, Rofaida’s Vice Chairman, says that his company plans to deliver the first phase within two years.
The 20,000-square-metre project includes 588 units, at spaces ranging between 50 square meters and 80 square meters.
Row Marina includes commercial and services centers as well as some cafés, tourism restaurants, and swimming pools. The resort is being developed in two phases.
