Egyptian property developer Hassan Allam Properties uncovers a new beach destination worth USD 200 mn in the North Coast, Invest-Gate reports.

Located on the Alexandria-Marsa Matrouh road, SwanLake North Coast has three large seawater lagoons covering over 10 acres at its heart and surrounded by a 2 kilometer stretch of white sand.

The company will deliver the first of the project in June 2018, with all units having fully-furnished interiors, kitchen cabinets and fully-fitted bathrooms.

The development comprises a club house, a boutique hotel, sports facilities, and a kids playground.
