UAE-based real estate master developer Dubai Properties unveils additional units to the third edition of the Arabella Townhouses (Arabella 3).

Situated near Al Salam Town Centre, the new edition features a choice of retail options, food and beverage outlets, community services, as well as healthcare, education, and sports facilities. The Arabella townhouses consist of three- to five-bedroom units.

Arabella 3 continues to witness success following the launch of sale in April 2017 following the success to Arabella 1 and Arabella 2, which were unveiled back in 2016.
