Al Mouj Muscat, a joint venture (JV) between Oman government and UAE’s Majid Al Futtaim Properties, has launched the sale of the final set of its three-bedroom courtyard homes, located within the Ghadeer District in Muscat, Oman, Trade Arabia reports.

This followed the sell out of most of mixed-use integrated tourism complex’s sought-after collection of three-bedroom courtyard homes have been successfully sold out.

The new set of homes are in close proximity to key retail, food and beverage (F&B), and entertainment outlets, besides numerous health and fitness amenities. It is also within walking distance from the shopping and entertainment areas at The Walk, Marsa Plaza, Al Mouj Marina, the community beach and Al Mouj Golf.
