Egypt’s construction company Heliopolis for Housing and Development will sign a lease agreement with Al-Oula – El-Taamir for Mortgage Finance tomorrow, Invest-Gate reports.

Heliopolis Housing will lease land for EGP 500 mn to fund the establishment of a social and sports club spanning across 52 feddans, Chairman Hany El-Deeb says.

Part of the sum will be used to finance a power plant and water carrier line in New Heliopolis.
