Approximately 1,872 residential units will be offered as part of a special housing project in New Cairo’s Third Settlement, Invest-Gate reports.

The units are 95 square meters each, spread across 78 residential buildings, according to a released statement.

Offerings are being made in the Third Settlement and Northern Ain El Sokhna Road, where facilities are being constructed, according to head of the New Cairo Authority Mostafa Fahmy.
