Chile-based design company Elemental wins design tenders for Qatar’s new waterfront museum, Invest-Gate reports.

The tender winning comes as part of the Art Mill International Design Competition. The Art Mill museum will be dedicated to art and is expected to the world’s top cultural centers.

The project features cooling chimneys circulating air through the site extending spectacularly on three sides into Doha Bay, according to a released statement.
