Subscription to Arabtec Holding’s AED 1.5 bn rights issue will start on Monday, May 15 and end on Thursday, May 28, Invest-Gate reports.

UAE’s Arabtec has previously set the opening price of its rights issue at 1 fils as a minimum price. Through the right issue, the company aims to increase its capital from AED 4.615 bn to AED 6.115 bn.
