Approximately 180,000 housing units will be finalized by 2018 and  offered to the residents of unsafe slum areas across the country, Invest-Gate reports.

President Abdel Fattah El Sisi makes the statement to a TV channel over the phone. During the phone call, President Sisi pledges that Upper Egypt problems will be solved through the cooperation with Tahya Masr (Long Live Egypt) Fund and local NGOs, according to a released statement.
