Dubai-based real estate developer DAMAC Properties launches Golfotel, a five-tower hotel property surrounded by a golf course in Dubai’s AKOYA Oxygen community, Invest-Gate reports.

The announcement was made as part of DAMAC’s participation at the Arabian Travel Market 2017, taking place in Dubai from April 24 to 27.

“Investors will be pleased with the opportunity to own a hotel room on an international golf course that reaps higher returns than any other investment classes,” expects Senior Vice President Niall McLoughlin. “What we are offering is even more lucrative owing to the unique setting in a golf community – such properties usually command a premium because of their location,” he adds.

Golfotel will feature over 2,000 rooms with golf views of the Trump World Golf Club Dubai, which is set within the 55-mn square foot community AKOYA Oxygen. The Trump World Golf Club Dubai is an 18-hole championship standard course designed by the golfing celebrity Tiger Woods, who will bring his design expertise worldwide.

The hotel also features a lounge, international restaurants, a gymnasium and an outdoor swimming pool.Located at an equal distance from Dubai International Airport and Al Maktoum International Airport, Golfotel also provides shuttle services to tourist attractions all over Dubai and complimentary airport transfer.
